Protect accounts and ask for help
Treat avatar passwords, AI keys and anything NeuraCore writes to your disk as private, even on a personal computer.
Good habits
- Use a strong master password and do not share it.
- Keep AI provider keys private.
- Review the target before payments, sharing, deletion or teleport.
- Disable automated actions you do not use.
- Clear memories and conversation history when you no longer want them kept.
Support
When you ask for help, include the avatar tab, the action you attempted, what you expected, and the visible result. Never send a password or API key. The support portal can be opened from the NeuraCore Support HUD in Second Life.
In the portal itself: screenshots you have already chosen are kept when the form comes back with a problem, so you never have to choose them again; a ticket shows each screenshot as a small preview that opens full size when you click it; and your ticket list has a “Whose turn” column that reads “Your turn” when NeuraCore support wrote last and “With support” when you did, so you can see what is waiting on you without opening anything. It only says whose move it is: you can add a comment to an open ticket whenever you like.
